These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the game weave, published by doodiebop LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing weave, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Last updated: 10 June 2026

1. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play weave for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the store you obtained the game from (Steam, Google Play, or the App Store).

2. Accounts

Online features (accounts and leaderboards) are optional. If you create or link an account:

How we handle the personal data tied to your account is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may validate submitted runs (including by re-simulating recorded inputs) to enforce these rules.

4. Leaderboards and moderation

Leaderboards are a shared, public feature. We may reset, recalculate, remove, or anonymise scores and accounts — and daily/weekly leaderboards reset on a recurring schedule by design — to keep rankings fair, to remove cheated or abusive entries, or for operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Our content

The game, including its code, art, audio, and the weave and doodiebop names and logos, is owned by doodiebop LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond the licence in Section 1.

6. Service availability

Online features are provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the online service (including leaderboards) at any time, and we do not guarantee that scores or accounts will be preserved indefinitely.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, doodiebop LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the game at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (To be finalised with counsel — doodiebop LLC’s place of formation/operation.)

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in-game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
